Improve the aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency of homes while enjoying unobstructed views.

Commercial

Enhance the sustainability of commercial spaces by integrating modern design elements.

Public

Implement eco-friendly solutions in parks, public squares and other public areas for a greener urban environment.

The BIPV system not only ensures the safety and reliability of the structure, but also uses the physical structure for waterproofing and drainage to achieve the perfect waterproofing effect. The hidden frame design prevents dust accumulation and increases energy generation. It can be easily connected with the standard curtain wall system, realizing the perfect combination of photovoltaic and building envelope. It is the best solution for canopy, sunshade, carport, BIPV workshop and other scenarios.

Applications

1. Commercial Buildings The BIPV system is commonly used in commercial buildings such as office complexes, shopping malls and hotels. They give a building a modern and sophisticated look and enhance its aesthetic appeal. They also allow natural light into the building, which reduces the need for artificial lighting and saves energy.

2. Residential Buildings BIPV systems are also used in residential buildings such as apartments and condominiums. They provide panoramic views of the surroundings and allow natural light to enter the living spaces. They also provide thermal insulation, which reduces energy consumption and lowers heating and cooling costs.

3. Educational Institutions BIPV systems are used in educational institutions such as schools and universities. They provide a positive learning environment by allowing natural light to enter the classrooms and other educational spaces. They also enhance the aesthetic appeal of the building and create a modern and innovative learning environment.

4. Healthcare Facilities BIPV systems are used in healthcare facilities such as hospitals and clinics. They provide a bright and airy environment that helps in the healing process. They also allow natural light to enter the building, which reduces the need for artificial lighting and saves energy. 5. Sports Facilities BIPV systems are used in sports facilities such as stadiums and arenas. They provide a clear view of the playing field or court and allow natural light to enter the building. They also enhance the aesthetic appeal of the building and create a modern and innovative sports environment.

Installation Instructions

1. Design and Planning It is important to have a detailed design and plan before installation. This should include the dimensions, materials, and specifications of the curtain wall. It is also important to ensure that the building structure is strong enough to support the weight of the glass panels.

2. Site Preparation The installation site should be clear of any obstructions or debris. The site should also be level and free of moisture or water. Temporary fencing may be required to ensure the safety of workers and pedestrians during the installation process.

3. Installing the Frame The frame of the glass curtain wall should be installed first. This includes the vertical and horizontal framing members, as well as any corner or support posts. The frame should be securely attached to the building structure using bolts or other fastening methods.

4. Installing the Glass Panel Once the frame is in place, the glass panels can be installed. This should be done carefully to avoid damaging the glass. The panels should be lifted into place using a crane or other lifting equipment. Once installed, the panels should be secured to the frame using silicone sealant or other suitable methods.

5. Finishing Touches Once the glass panels have been installed, any finishing touches required can be added. This includes installing any necessary seals or gaskets, as well as any decorative elements or trim.

6. Testing and Inspection Before installation is considered complete, the glass curtain wall should be thoroughly tested and inspected. This includes checking for leaks, cracks, or other defects. Once the installation is deemed safe and functional, it can be considered complete.
